3. Why we process your data
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, to discuss and arrange staffing services, and – for job seekers – to review your details against current job opportunities. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and protecting our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google Analytics is used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To use these rights, write to support@onlyplace.pl.
